Special Note:
  1. Check in is at 2:00pm. Check out at 10:00am. Please plan your travel accordingly.
  2. For delegates not taking up the excursion, you will be free to leave at your leisure on Saturday, 8th November, 2025 while those taking up the excursion leave on Sunday, 9th November, 2025.
  3. For those taking up excursion, ensure you select the preferred excursion option on the conference website.
  4. Those delegates who wish to extend their visit are free to do so. Details of the cost of extra nights are as follows:
    KES. 22,000= Extra Night for single occupancy HALF BOARD
  5. (Accompanying Spouse)
    • KES. 6,000= per night HALF BOARD
    • KES. 10,000= per night FULL BOARD
    • Child sharing with parents: 50% of the adult rate (age 6-13 Yrs)
    • Child in their own room: 80% of the adult rate (age 6-13 Yrs)
  6. All rates are VAT inclusive
  7. Registration closes on Wednesday, 22nd October, 2025
